The printer's self-test page contains the basic settings, including the Bluetooth name and password. To print it, first turn off the printer, then press and hold the "FEED" button without releasing it, turn on the power, wait 3 seconds, and then release the button.

If your app cannot recognize the printer, there are a few troubleshooting steps. On Android, go to the printing software settings and select the correct port (USB, serial, or network). On Windows, check the device manager to ensure the printer is properly identified. If not, examine the cable connection, hardware, and port.

For the printer driver, Android does not require one, but Windows users should select the 80mm driver and install the port as prompted.

To connect the printer to a PC via Ethernet, first use the printer tool to set the IP address to the same network segment as the computer. Then add the printer IP port in the Windows driver.

Connecting the printer to a cash drawer is done through the printer driver preferences. Under "Paper/Quality," there is a "media (M)" setting for the cash drawer.
